We decided to take a walk to the other side of the creek to see if there were any walleye still in there.  No walleye, apparently a bunch of suckers trying to find any leftover eggs as an easy meal though.  We are so lucky to be able to listen to the sounds of the creek whenever we are outside...

4/14/2023 - Verona Beach State Park

It was such beautiful day, I was able to get out for the first ride of the season.  Didn't want to go too far away as I wasn't sure just how quickly the temperature was going to drop so I only went around Oneida Lake.  Stopped at this park because I had never been and, since it isn't officially open yet, it was free to get in.  I'm amazed at just how large it is!  Not so amazed with the photos I took though.  Most were very underexposed...

4/13/2023 - Spring Flowers

Some experimenting with the new lens as well as manual focus.  I actually got some rather nice pictures.  It was a little windy which caused issues with autofocus.  Honestly, I am quite impressed with how well I was able to focus.  First time I've been able to consistently focus in manual mode.

10/22/2022 - Delphi Falls

A little searching for some new falls listed this gem as a newly purchased park for the county.  As recently as a few years prior, this was a privately owned piece of property.  There is an upper falls as well, but the trail to it was under construction at the time.  As usual, the bright sunshine caused me some issues with exposure but I attempted to recover things in post.
